With the support of the ENCRO company and the ZD6/ZD6P wind power plant, Nikola Tesla Primary School in Gračac hosted a visit by the Mobile Science Park.
The Science Park is a traveling educational program that provides children with a unique learning experience through play, exploration, and hands-on activities, teaching them—through scientific experiments and interactive exhibits—how the wondrous world around us works.
During the workshop, students of Nikola Tesla Primary School learned about the principles behind the impulse pendulum and worked in groups to build their own models, thereby developing a deeper understanding of scientific concepts. As part of a guided tour, they explored a variety of interactive installations, including space football, the adaptation spiral, inertia discs, and the liquid Pythagoras.
Particular interest was sparked by the exhibits Cooperation and Knowledge Race, which further encouraged teamwork and a healthy spirit of competition among the students.
The school expressed its gratitude to our company for the support and sponsorship of this valuable educational program, which promotes the acquisition of STEM knowledge in an engaging and accessible way, as well as for raising awareness of the importance of renewable energy sources within the local community.
Nikola Tesla Primary School, its students, and the entire teaching staff continually impress us with their openness to learning, proactive initiatives, and creative approach to education, thereby honoring the legacy of the great innovator whose name the school proudly bears. The ways in which the school delivers education through creative workshops and innovative learning projects make a significant contribution to the quality of the educational process for young people in Gračac—a fact we have personally witnessed on numerous occasions.
